The 5803-square-foor residence is located on the top of the 40th-floor Setai Resort, and offers magnificent views of the South Beach and the Atlantic Ocean.

The flat includes four bedrooms, four bathrooms, a kitchen, a living area and a large terrace with swimming pool. The previous owner of the luxurious penthouse was Jim Clark, the founder of Netscape, who bought it for $9 million.
