$21.5 Million for the Most Expensive Beach Flat

The most expensive beach apartment is called Penthouse A, and is situated in the Setai South Beach Resort in Miami. It was sold for the amazing price of $21.5million, which means $3,704 per square foot. The 5803-square-foor residence is located on the top of the 40th-floor Setai Resort, and offers magnificent views of the South Beach and the Atlantic Ocean.

The flat includes four bedrooms, four bathrooms, a kitchen, a living area and a large terrace with swimming pool. The previous owner of the luxurious penthouse was Jim Clark, the founder of Netscape, who bought it for $9 million.
