This impressive tower located in Hong Kong was designed by Aedas. The 18 Kowloon East, as it is called, is a 28-storey building that includes retail spaces, offices and a car-park.
Situated in the middle of the industrial area, between sumptuous and imposing blocks, this building stands out with its environmentally sustainable design. The car-park floors are adorned with various plants which improve the quality of the air by filtering it. To add a ‘green effect’ to this building, especially in a much polluted area, was quite a good idea. What do you think about this project?
