Vijay Mallya’s White House in the Sky Puts Antilia to Shame

Did Mukesh Ambani’s 27-story home seem opulent to you? Then how about a stunning 34-story building with an entire villa on the roof, acting as a penthouse? Located in the heart of Bangalore city, the building is called the Kingfisher Towers-Residences and it will be the new home of Indian business magnate Vijay Mallya and other billionaires.

Mallya’s home will be a “White House in the Sky”, built on a one-acre parcel on the top of the high towers. It will occupy the 33rd and 34th floors of the towers structure and it will flaunt 40,000 an indoor heated pool, an outdoor infinity pool, a wine cellar, a salon and spa, a gym and many other extravagant amenities. At this height, a helipad will also be a must.

In 2008 Mallya decided to raze down his ancestral home and make room for the much more spectacular Kingfisher Towers. The bold project is expected to be completed in three years’ time, and 72 luxury apartments are available for purchase. The towers boast a total of 82 apartments, but ten are not for sale. They will be split among Mallya’s family members.
