Rumor has it that someone is trying to sell a £250 million (0ver $385.8 million) home in London. The 18 Carlton House Terrace might just become the most expensive home sale in the entire history of the UK, if someone decides to pay the huge sum for this plush residence.
You can find it down the Mall from Buckingham Palace near St. James Park, flanked by office buildings that actually diminish its visual appeal quite a lot. However, the current owner – a member of the Arab royal family, they say – doesn’t seem to be influenced by this fact when he asks the mind-boggling sum for the house.
And now everybody expects us to start sharing a little more about how amazing the building is inside, about its numerous bedrooms, vast entertainment spaces, and superb luxury amenities, but the thing is, we can’t do that. The owner went for a very uncommon advertising strategy, in which he reveals no photographs of the interior and very little information to accompany the existing pictures.
Even so, we are pretty sure that some billionaire will find the offer intriguing and will purchase the property sooner or later. Who do you think that person will be?
