The Queen of England will celebrate her Diamond Jubilee in June 2012, and for that special occasion, a mind-blowing luxury yacht is currently being built. Measuring 515 feet, the vessel will be the third largest superyacht in the world, right after Abramovich’s Eclipse and Sheik Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum’s Dubai. Its codename is FSP21, which stands for “Future Ship Project 21st Century”.
The vessel will boast state-of-the-art technologies and a very impressive list of luxury amenities, including a mini submarine, a helicopter, several bicycles, two busses, a sailboat and more. FSP21 will even have an underwater laboratory to be used by the Royal Navy. It will be a four-masted bark with a range of 6,000 nautical miles, and a speed of approximately 20 knots.
