This modern hybrid bike was unveiled last December at the Tokyo Motor Show, where it enjoyed a lot of appreciation. Called the Yamaha Y125 Moegi Concept, this motorcycle is at the same time stylish, fuel efficient, and very lightweight. It is made of aluminum, using a special Yamaha technology that reduces the number of air bubbles during the production process, which leads to thinner and more rigid materials.
Ninety percent of this bike is made of aluminum, which explains its impressive weight: only 176 pounds. Its mono-cylinder engine is capable of pushing it to over 50 miles per hour. One of its most impressive features is the remarkably low fuel consumption, which is just 188miles per gallon! This makes the motorcycle an ideal vehicle for driving in the city.
We really appreciate the fact that this bike hasn’t gotten the unattractive look of a powerless moped, but boasts plenty of modern and alluring features.
