Here’s the 2012 Porsche Panamera GTS. The four-door sedan is absolutely stunning and boasts 30 hp more than the Panamera 4S on which it is based. The modified 4.8-liter V8 also offers 348 lb-ft of torque. The power is sent to all four wheels via Porsche’s PDK 7-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission, which comes as standard. Also a standard feature is the Sport Chrono Package that offers launch control and ensures a 0 to 60 mph time of just 4.3 seconds. The top speed is 178 mph.
The ride is now 10 millimeters lower and boasts adaptive air suspension and PASM (Porsche Active Suspension Management). The visible red calipers have been borrowed from the Panamera Turbo, and the shocks are stiffer. The interior received new adaptive sports seats, leather and Alcantara upholstery, and a SportDesign steering wheel with paddle shifters.
