Reliable And Fast Tour De France Racing Bike By Jaguar

It’s always interesting to see a well-established company diving into a project that might be well out of its comfort zone. As far as Jaguar is concerned, we have to admit that its experts have tried their luck at designing and creating other products except automobiles before, but few Jaguar fans would actually expect to see a bicycle bearing the renowned brand’s logo.

And yet, Jaguar has been collaborating closely with Team Sky, who is renowned for winning the prestigious Tour de France event quite a few times since 2010. The team’s already incredible Dogma 65.1 racing bike was stripped down and redesigned by Jaguar, and it now features a remarkable Pinarello frame as well as a series of important and impressive modifications that are meant to enhance its aerodynamic capabilities.

These changes involved modifications to the seat post, front fork, frame tubes and derailleur, and the final product was tested thoroughly using the company’s own Computational Fluid Dynamics processor before being placed in the wind tunnel for a final checkup. As you can see, Jaguar was pretty well invested into this particular project, and this shows, since the Pinarello Dogma F8 is a whopping 26.1 more aerodynamic compared to its regular counterpart.
