Simply called Project 12, this 46.6 meter (153 foot) superyacht is a precious member of the Cantieri di Pisa family of fine yachts. Its exterior was designed by Carlo Galeazzi, while the generous interiors were completed by Mark Berryman. The current owner was directly involved in the design process, but now intends to sale the vessel, leaving behind his legacy.
The best feature of this yacht is its remarkable spaciousness. It can accommodate between 12 and 14 guests in lavish suites. The configuration of the rooms is customizable, as the owner can opt for the VIP suite on the lower deck to be converted into two generous double suites. This means that you can opt for a 6- or 7-stateroom yacht.
Large windows invite plenty of natural light to all interiors, which works perfectly with the warm-shaded furnishings to create a sense of extra space and openness. A sense of royal elegance is given by the use of rich woods and deep blue, purple and red upholstery. Offered with artworks and top-notch amenities, Project 12 is priced at €19.5 million (approx. $26 million).
