Daniel Chinchilla Ochoa and Alberto Fernandez Albilares are the two men behind the gorgeous Lamborghini Indomable concept. The Italian supercar manufacturer sponsored the design program in which the Indomable was born, but it won’t be them who will put the car on the production lines.

For this, another company must be introduced: 215 Racing Cars. They bought the rights to the alluring Indomable design and they plan on turning the concept into a real-life monster. Made under their sub-company, Monstro Di-Potenza (“Monster Power” in Italian), the car will be named SF22.Lamborghini Indomable to Become Monstro Di-Potenza SF22 (4)

Now for the real awesome part: according to its makers, the Monstro Di-Potenza SF22 will be powered by a mid-mounted twin-turbocharged 9.4-liter V8 engine from General Motors. Paired with a 6-speed sequential gearbox, it will produce 2,000 hp and 2,000 lb-ft of torque! Mind-blowing! These are only proud declarations at the moment, but the company feels confident enough in their success, so they announced that they are ready to take orders for mid 2012 deliveries. Only 50 units will be made, at a rate of two per month and each one will cost some $950,000. The initial deposit is of only $1,000.
