The UP4 is a brand new fitness tracker that was released by a firm named Jawbone. As the successor of the brand’s UP3 product, the UP4 will cost about $200 and will be able to track its user’s heart rate, physical activities and sleeping patterns. However, one of its most important functions is that of a mobile wallet, which would allow its wearer to leave his or her wallet at home from time to time.
The trick is that this particular service will only be available for American Express cardholders, obviously due to partnership issues. Still, those who don’t have an American Express card at the time of purchase can always apply for one. Paying with a credit or a debit card is easy enough these days, but paying with a wristband takes things to a completely new level convenience-wise.
