Big Pilot’s Watch, Pilot’s Watch Chronograph and Big Pilot’s Watch Perpetual Calendar are the three newest “Boutique” additions to the Top Gun Pilot collection from IWC Schaffhausen. With the caseback manufactured from titanium and the case made of zirconium oxide, the watches are non-allergenic, lightweight and highly resistant.
Featuring green indices, hands and other details, the Big Pilot’s Watch Top Gun Boutique Edition is a beautiful piece with a simple and classic design, but with innovative technologies at its core. It is powered by an in-house movement, calibre 51111 with 311 parts and an impressive 7-day power reserve. One end of the seconds hand features a small silhouette of an ultrasonic jet.
The blue model is called Pilot’s Watch Chronograph Top Gun Boutique Edition and it boasts a highly resistant front glass that is able to withstand significant changes in pressure. It is an ideal assistant in extreme airborne maneuvers, having protection against magnetic fields and a highly reliable 89365-calibre movement with 68 hours of power reserve.
Finally, the red model is Big Pilot’s Watch Perpetual Calendar Top Gun Boutique Edition, boasting complex horological features. Its automatic movement, calibre51614, is one of the largest from IWC and flaunts the Pellaton winding system. The watch comes with a moon phase display and a four-digit year display, with the perpetual calendar being able to show the right date until 2100.
