It’s not exactly easy to compete with the likes of Lamborghini and Ferrari, as these brands are known worldwide for their incredibly powerful and gorgeous supercars. Still, a Detroit-based company named Falcon Motor Sports managed to create something that can go toe-to-toe with the world’s fastest supercars, and it might even win against some of them in a drag race.
The Falcon F7 supercar boasts a light yet sturdy monocoque chassis created using carbon fiber, Kevlar and aluminum. Its powertrain is based on a Lingenfelter-built V8 engine that’s good for 1,100 horsepower, all kept in check by a six-speed dual clutch gearbox that enables a 0-60 mph sprint in just 2.7 seconds as well as a top speed of 200 mph. All four wheels are equipped with Brembo carbon ceramic brakes that allow the car to stop on a dime. Inside, the owner enjoys a plethora of handcrafted leather elements as well as an in-dash iPad mini and a removable targa roof.
The Falcon F7 costs $195,000.
