There’s something about this new Ducati motorcycle that caught our attention, but we’re not exactly sure what it was. It could have been its modern and clean design, or maybe its outstanding performance. It doesn’t really matter though, as we’re just glad that we have stumbled upon it in the first place. The 2016 Ducati Scrambler Sixty2 is a relatively affordable two-wheeler, as it doesn’t cost more than $7,995. For that price, you get a two-cylinder, air cooled 399 cc motor that’s good for 25 pound-feet of torque and 41 horsepower.
Other highlights include a 41mm Showa fork, a tank with a dedicated logo, and a total curb weight of just 403 pounds. The front brake boasts a 320mm disk, and it comes with a two-piston caliper as opposed to the standard four pistons that are implemented in other models. Affordable, powerful and lightweight, the 2016 Ducati Scrambler Sixty2 is a perfect choice for beginners, but more experienced Ducati fans should also be impressed by what it has to offer.
