The Desert Sled by Ducati is no ordinary bike, but you could probably tell that just by looking at it for a few moments. Representing a new version of the brand’s famed Scrambler model, this bike reminds us of the beautiful motorcycles of the California Deserts that used to roam about in the 1960s and 1970s. Manufactured in the enduro style, this model is powered by an 803cc L-Twin engine, which offers an output of 50 lb ft of torque and 75 horsepower.
That’s definitely a lot of power for such a light and nimble motorcycle, and since it comes with a 6-speed transmission, it’s quite a delight to ride around. Other important elements include a set of Pirelli Scorpion Rally STR tires, as well as a protective grill over the headlight, and engine plates. No word on pricing just yet, but you could always ask Ducati.
