The first things that pop into our minds when we think of a cozy sauna are not the icebergs of the Arctic Circle, but it looks like a visit to the world’s largest public sauna is bound to guarantee some chilly sights. The sauna was built for the first Arctic art festival in the world – SALT, and it was dubbed Agora.
