Situated in the region of Mohammad Shahr, close to Karaj city, Iran, Villa Kiani impresses with its ingenious architecture. Created by Makan Rahmanian and Kamran Heirati, the villa was completed in 2010 and it has three bathrooms and three bedrooms.
What makes this residence special is the fact that the designers managed to eliminate the distance between outside and inside. As they affirmed, ‘voids and volumetric projects’ were created to ‘capture and define the landscape’. From 500 sqm (the area of the building) 150 sqm represent semi-covered balconies and voids. The total area of this project is 4,000 sqm.
The perfect combination between transparent layers, voids and semi-covered balconies make this villa a luxurious modern recreational retreat crib.
