The Philippines just got a little more plush with the new residential tower, the Milano Residences. The project is the result of a successful collaboration between Century Properties real estate group and Versace Home.
It is a 52-story luxury tower featuring Versace public spaces like the spa, the fitness center, the pool area, the roof garden, the Juice Bar, the grand lobby and more. Every luxe apartment in the tower can also be furnished with signature Versace furniture for a plus of style.
The exterior of the building was done by Broadway Malyan, an award-winning architectural firm.
