August will see the launch of the new Beats by Dre Studio headphones with a fresh new design and a few updates to go with it. Some 13 grams lighter than before, they feature an improved padding for better comfort over the years, as well as a stronger headband.
Technology-wise, the headphones boast Adaptive Noise Canceling capabilities, which means that the sound settings are automatically adjusted depending on how loud things are around you. The Beats Acoustic Engine software ensures extremely balanced and accurate sound reproduction, a feature that all audiophiles will love.
Another cool thing about the new generation Studio headphones is the rechargeable battery pack which promises as much as 20 hours of playback. Power status is indicated by a series of multicolored LED lights, and you don’t even have to worry about forgetting to shut off the power, because an automatic power control system can do that for you. You have until next month to decide which of the three available versions you want: the red one, the black one or the white one.
