This Deserted Aston Martin DB4 Will Be Auctioned Off

The Aston Martin DB4 is arguably one of the most beautiful and interesting vintage cars, so when one of them was rescued from a swampy woodland, the entire world found out about it right away! Nobody knows exactly how the car ended up in the swamp in the first place, but it is believed that it sat in the outdoors of its owner’s Massachusetts property since the early seventies. As you can probably imagine, the years have not been kind with this car, and we’re actually quite surprised that it is still in one piece.

However, thanks to the North American climate, it looks like the vehicle managed to retain most of its parts, which is good news for those who want to auction it off on January 18. This Aston Martin is one in just 1,200 units that were manufactured in Britain before they were shipped to the United States. Considering its heritage, the vehicle is expected to fetch about $429,000.
