One of the world’s most successful and acclaimed Japanese restaurants, Nobu, recently opened up in Qatar, Doha, and it is located at the water’s edge along the private marina of the Four Seasons Hotel. The restaurant allows guests to savor some of the most delicious delights signed by Chef Matsuhisa, who opened his first Nobu restaurant in 1994 in TriBeCa.

Now owning no less than 32 of these establishments on five continents, Matsuhisa stated the following: “I’m very excited to finally open our second Nobu in the Middle East. It is an honor for me to be able to share my food and culture with different people around the world.”

Nobu Doha features an exquisite menu that contains dishes inspired by the chef’s extensive travels and influenced by his unmatched skill and training. However, aside from Matsuhisa’s classic recipes, the restaurant also serves delights based on local ingredients. Some of the most noteworthy signature dishes include lobster with wasabi pepper sauce and yellowtail sashimi with Jalapeno. The restaurant flaunts 26,000 square feet of space and comprises a 10-seat sushi counter, a pair of private dining rooms and a rooftop lounge with enough seating for 38 people. It was designed by David Rockwell’s Rockwell Group, and it is quite a remarkable sight.
