We always expected great things from Brabus and they never failed to surprise us with their awesome creations. The German tuner has recently unveiled their latest monster, the Brabus 800 E V12 Cabriolet, a breathtaking E-Class convertible. This is now the fastest four-seat convertible out there!
After taking the Mercedes-Benz S600 and tweaking its V12 engine, the specialists at Brabus managed to squeeze 800 metric horsepower (that’s 788 hp by our standards) out of the tuned ride. Powerplant changes include new moving parts and quad intercoolers among other stuff. The displacement has also grown from 5.5 liters to 6.3 liters.
The price for this new-born beast is €478,000 (approx. $680,000). We can’t say we’re surprised by the lofty price. After all, this is the fastest and most powerful convertible that can offer its thrills to four passengers!
