Net Metropolis is the first certified sustainable project in the Philippines by Chad Oppenheim. It meets every standard of the country’s green building rating system, BERDE. BERDE stands for Building for Ecologically Responsive Design Excellence and the first structure to be built in accordance to this system is the Net Lima, one of the three towers of Net Metropolis.
The project is still under construction and according to Oppenheim’s website it should be completed sometime this year. Due to its tropical climate, the Philippines is probably one of the best places where green technology can flourish. We are looking forward to seeing the project completed.
