Wallace E. Cunningham is the mastermind behind this stunning project. It is called the Razor House and it boasts a very unconventional design. The extensive use of glass ensures breathtaking views of the sea and invites plenty of natural light to flood the 11,000 feet residence.

It has got four bedrooms and six bathrooms, huge open living areas and even a two-level guest house. Razor House dwellers even have private access to Black’s Beach. The entire thing is worth about $25 million.
