Remember how we told you about the possibility of Rolls Royce bringing to life an all-electric limousine? Now we’re back on the subject with more precise information. At the upcoming Geneva Motor Show an experimental electric Rolls Royce will be unveiled. If the project is well received by the public, the luxury automaker plans on becoming the first one to enter the luxury-electric cars segment with their modified Phantom.
Some say that the 102EX (‘EX’ for ‘experimental’, of course) will only be built to gauge people’s attitude towards the idea of luxury electric vehicles. Many believe that the two terms (luxury and EVs) simply cannot collocate, while others are very open to the new concept.
