Brazilian architect David Guerra has completely transformed this 1980s residence. After taking down walls, creating new spaces, modifying windows and doors, and taking some other drastic measures, the house is totally changed, and we love it!
Huge open spaces ensure a seamless transition from inside to the lovely outside area with its green lawn and blue pool. For a plus of coziness, Guerra introduced a lot of raw and neutral tones throughout the house. Then, to enhance the sense of space and freedom, all the furniture allows a certain distance between its bottom and the floor: a simple detail with a powerful effect.
After the restoration, the home now features a new electric system, new illumination, new hydraulic, a wine cellar, an atelier, a gourmet kitchen and a sauna. With its new, eclectic architectural style, the project truly is a great success.
