Could this be Aston Martin’s first ever mid-engine beauty? Its maker sure believes it could, as he gave it exquisite characteristics that “could be easily carried over into a production car”. The mastermind behind this bold project is Samir Sadikhov, an Azerbaijan-born designer who also created the Xezri Concept which took second place in the Ferrari World Design Contest.
The Aston Martin DBC Concept does not ditch the British automaker’s traditional values and design cues, but rather builds upon them, bringing new elements to an older recipe. The most significant change is given by the new engine positioning. The nose is significantly shorter, and we have to say we really like it. Sleek and sultry, the overall design is inspiring and provocative.
