Built for a couple of Belgian clients in Spain, Project T is a wonderful vacation home that was sketched out by JUMA architects. In order to ensure that the house would benefit from as much natural shade as possible once it would be complete, the architects decided to preserves as many trees on the site as possible.
As for the residence’s design, it incorporates a series of bedrooms on the first floor, all of which feature large windows that welcome plenty of natural light within. Overheating was prevented by installing a series of blinds, which are made out of fine vertical wooden slats. The layout is shaped in the form of the letter L, and its largest volume incorporates the kitchen, which happens to be equipped with state-of-the-art appliances and high quality finishes.
The house was completed in 2015, and it was created using natural materials such as local stone, and artificial materials such as white plaster.
