Sinu River House in Colombia by Antonio Sofan

Sinu River House in Colombia by Antonio Sofan (16)

Antonio Sofan is the Philadelphia-based architect who designed this 5,380-square-foot residence in Monteria, Colombia. It is a single-story contemporary home named the Sinu River House. Completed last year, the residence overlooks the Sinu River, which is the second largest river in the country.
The design concept is simple, based on two white boxes with large missing pieces for shaded terraces. The two blocks are connected and house different living spaces: the taller one holds the dining, kitchen, living and service areas, while the shorter one includes four bedrooms. Two of these bedrooms face the outside pool, which runs the width of the building.

Blue accents and a gorgeous interior design make this home a truly spectacular one, both outside and inside. See for yourself in the following photos.
