Savage Jungle is a spectacular island in Chile’s beautiful Patagonia region. The current owner of the property wanted to find a perfect pristine place to built a luxury resort, and it took him two years to find this unique place. After having visited 30 different countries in search for his dream spot, he finally found the glorious Savage Jungle (Jungla Salvaje in Spanish) and decided this was exactly what he had been looking for.
The property boasts 26 different waterfalls – some small, some large and spectacular – including one that falls right into the adjoining fjord. The owner decided he wanted his high-end hotel built right on the granite plateau above the spectacular fall. He obtained the approval for the construction after nine years of knocking on the Chilean government’s door, and any other possible competitors will have to wait at least another nine years to receive the right to built in the area. This can only mean a bright future for the developer.
The architect that will have the privilege to create the luxury resort is Antoine Predock, who was absolutely blown away by the splendor of the property. He already has a 3D model of the Savage Jungle in his studio to help him better picture where the resort will be built in order to limit the impact on the pristine environment. Now the property is for sale at the incredibly small price of just $3.6 million.
