Zaha Hadid is the architect of this futuristic project, called the Rabat Grand Theatre. The building, featuring a fluid, organic design, will be set on a 47,000 square meters area (505,903 square feet) and the whole project will cost approximately £100 million.
It will be located in the Bouregreg Valley and will become an important landmark in the area. The main theater will have 2,050 seats, but there will also be a smaller one with 520 seats, and an outdoor amphitheater for up to 7,000 people.
