Designed by Kendle Design Collaborative, the sophisticated Quartz Mountain Residence was made for a family who decided to downsize and move into a new hillside home. The owners wanted a posh little home that would stand out without being gaudy.
They asked for a minimalist approach and a visually calm design that will help dwellers and guests feel relaxed and cozy. Consequently, Kendle Design used natural materials and simple shapes both inside and outside. Limestone floors, rammed earth walls and Douglass Fir wood contribute to the understated elegance of the house.
