Overwhelmingly Quick 2016 Dodge Viper ACR

Nobody in their right mind can claim that the Dodge Viper is a slow and boring car, but there might be some individuals out there that are looking for something even more powerful. That’s where the 2016 Dodge Viper ACR comes in. This beastly ride is the fastest street legal Viper track car ever made, and that says a lot.

It is equipped with a roaring 8.4-liter V10 engine that is good for 600 lb-ft of torque and 645 horsepower. All that power is kept in check by a high-end Tremec TR6060 six-speed manual transmission. Other highlights comprise a set of Brembo Carbon Ceramic Matrix brakes and adjustable Bilstein shocks with 10 settings. The exterior modifications include an adjustable rear wing made out of carbon fiber, a carbon fiber diffuser and many other eye-catching additions.
Dodge plans to start making this monster during the year’s second half. Details concerning pricing and availability will be announced at a later date.
