This stunning tuned McLaren MP4-12C made its debut at the 2013 Tokyo Auto Salon. It is a beautiful creation of FAB Design, developed specially for the Spider version. The body kit includes new side skirts, side air intakes, rear bumper with diffuser and air intakes, rear spoiler, and a front splitter under the windscreen.
The bright orange supercar now rolls on new 20-inch FAB-Design Evolution forged wheels with Dunlop SP SportMaxx tires. The original exhaust system was swapped with a new sports one made of stainless steel, and which includes a three-chamber carbon tail pipe. Also part of the upgrade are a few key modifications to the ECU, resulting in 64 extra horsepower (the current output is 680 hp).
As a natural result of these modifications, the performance figures have also been improved. Now the McLaren MP4-12C Spider Terso can go from 0 to 62 mph in about 3 seconds, while the maximum speed is 213 mph. The package is limited to only 10 units.
