The Speedmaster Grey Side of the Moon Meteorite is one of the brand’s most impressive timepieces, not just because of its elegant aesthetics but also because it features a dial made out of actual meteorite.
The meteorite in question fell into Namibia quite some time ago, and a piece of it somehow made its way into this Swiss masterpiece. The watch boasts a relatively dark look, and this only helps improve its readability, as the indexes, hour and minute hands feature OMEGA’s own Sedna gold alloy finishes. The bezel and the chronograph hand benefit from the same luxurious treatment, while a grey leather strap with a rubber insert helps keep the piece firmly onto the wearer’s wrist.
