Nicolas Cage bought this extravagantly elegant house in 2006 when he paid $8.5 million for it. Two years later he decided to sell it and since he had modified it a little, he thought that $9.95 million could be the right price for the mansion. But he later found himself forced to discount the 14,000 square-foot home to 9.49 million. Finally, being foreclosed and with a price of ‘only’ $4.95 million, the house found a buyer the first day it again went on the market.
Now we’re in 2011 and things have changed for the better: the impressive seven-bedroom home is once again in search of a new owner with a high price: $8.9 million. For this money you would get a home theater, an elevator, a spa, a pool, an elevator and amazing panoramic views of Las Vegas. And let’s not forget that the mansion used to belong to a famous Hollywood star!
