New Qantas Business Suites by Marc Newson

Qantas has announced its upgrade plans for the company’s Airbus A330 fleet. Starting next year, some aircrafts will be equipped with new or refurbished Economy seats, but all will receive luxurious Business Suites in a 1-2-1 layout.

The new Business Class interiors were designed by Marc Newson, whose sole purpose was to enhance customers’ comfort and well as the practicality of the environment. Consequently, the new seats fully recline and can remain in this position from take-off to landing, a feature that will certainly be appreciated by many.

Business class travelers will also enjoy the airline’s Q-Streaming technology which can stream a large entertainment library to mobile devices like iPads and laptops. “Qantas invented business class and these new Business Suites reflect what we know our customers want, whether they are flying for work or leisure. We’ve created a product that has enough space to dine while working, or if you want to rest, to leave the seat in a recline position from take-off to landing.”
