First of all, it was made in a former penthouse biscuit factory, and many of the original elements of that place (floors and even one-century-old machineries) were integrated in the new interior design.

There were three key elements that Google wanted to introduce in the new working space: unique ‘wow factors’, quiet areas in which Googlers can escape the distractions of the office, and a ‘family’ environment for every employee to enjoy.
