Featuring an edgy, almost futuristic design, MU77 is a private residence that was designed by ARSHIA ARCHITECTS. It was built in Los Angeles, California, USA, on Mulholland Drive, to be precise, and it represents a single-family abode that meets all of the strict regulations of the Milholland Scenic corridor plan.
The unique appearance of the building mimics the local terrain, as well as the abrupt deviations of various rock formations within the landscape. The main limitation was to fit the project within a two-story layout, and the architects certainly managed to fulfill this goal. The upper floor includes the private rooms and a convertible office, while the entertainment and social spaces were inserted on the lower floor, which also comprises an outdoor patio and an infinity swimming pool.
