Located in close proximity to the sea, this fabulous residence in Cascais, Portugal was sketched out by Fragmentos de Arquitectura, and it was finished in 2016. It was dubbed Cascais P272, and it impresses with cozy and luxurious indoor living areas complemented by spacious outdoor spaces that encourage relaxation and fun.
Speaking of the outdoors, that’s where you’ll find the swimming pool and its adjacent deck, which houses a series of sunloungers. Inside, floor-to-ceiling windows and glass doors fade the limits between the indoor and outdoor areas while making sure that all rooms benefit from natural light. Furthermore, each living area is linked directly to a garden.
Access between the ground floor and first floor is achieved via a uniquely designed staircase that fits right in with the home’s minimalistic theme. Other highlights include fireplaces, tasteful decorations such as paintings and natural plants, and glass walls that offer exceptional views of the surroundings.
