Created with the help of Bentley experts, the latest phone by Vertu comes with an Android operating system and flaunts a price tag of approximately $15,900. Based on the Vertu Signature Touch, the smartphone will be retailed as part of a limited edition of just 2,000 units, which means that it will be highly exclusive.
What makes it truly special apart from its impressive specs is the fact that it comes wrapped in luxurious calf leather and that it boasts a Bentley logo at its front as well as a series of special Bentley wallpapers, apps and a customized 3D animated startup screen. And since we mentioned its specs, we should probably tell you a bit about the 4.7” 1080p display, 64GB of internal memory and powerful Qualcomm Snapdragon 801 SoC microprocessor.
The display is covered with a sapphire crystal for protection, while the 13MP camera found at the back of the phone features a dual-LED flash that helps it snap great photos even in poor lighting conditions. The phone also comes with stereo speakers and with a full connectivity suite that flaunts Qi wireless charging and LTE. As far as the OS is concerned, it is the highly acclaimed Android 4.4 KitKat.
