Created by a Miami-based studio named Arquitectonica, these amazing renderings depict a series of luxurious Ritz-Carlton Residences that were designed for Sunny Isles beach in Florida. Described as an “Urban Oasis”, the project is placed between Miami and Fort Lauderdale, and it comprises a total of five lavish penthouses as well as 2.2 acres of landscaping, beach conveniences and swimming pools.
The interior of these units were sketched out by an Italian architect named Michele Bonan, who made sure that luxury would be ever-present throughout. The tower itself boasts a rounded, organic shape as well as a tiered roofline. Each penthouse suite features its own private pool, while the reception foyer is located at the base of the structure and is linked to a communal terrace. The nearby private beach impresses with chaise lounges, umbrellas and cabanas.
