Sketched out by Benjamin Garcia Saxe and completed in 2016, Ocean Eye is a luxurious residence located in Puntarenas Provice, Costa Rica. The property flaunts amazing panoramas of the ocean and the jungle, and the house itself had to be built on a steep hill in order to stabilize the local soil and protect the structure from nearby falling debris.
The rear of the abode incorporates the bedrooms and bathrooms, while the lighter part at the front holds the social areas. There are several interwoven terraces included, which offer perfect opportunities for socialization and fun, especially since they benefit in full from the aforementioned views.
