Tap water is not exactly what you’d expect to be bottled and sold in a limited edition package. But this project is truly special, not only because it involves celebrity tap water, but especially because is meant to provide clean, safe drinking water for those children and adults who don’t have access to it.
UNICEF and celebrities like Rihanna, Selena Gomez, Taylor Swift, Dwight Howard, Adrian Grenier and Robin Williams have created this project to help hundreds of millions of people in need. Fans are encouraged to donate $5 on the UNICEF Tap website for this cause, while keeping in mind that One dollar is enough to ensure 40 days of clean water to a child. So far, $2.5 million have been raised through the Tap Project since 2007.
