However, the Libelule Amphibious Vehicle by Charles Bombardier can actually perform just as well on water as it does on land, and that’s because it features a unique design based on large wheels and a glass and steel cabin.
Therefore, when it dives underwater, the vehicle offers exceptional views of its surroundings, but since the Libelule uses water as a ballast, the driver needs to put on an oxygen mask before venturing below the waves. Thanks to a series of paddles on the interior of the wheel-well, the Libelule can move both above and underwater with decent speed, which makes it even more appealing in our eyes.
