Lamborghini Unveils The Huracan 610-4 Supercar

Even though there’s been quite a lot of controversy and speculation regarding the name of the newest Lamborghini supercar, we now know for certain that it will be called Huracan. The choice is not particularly surprising, since all other Lamborghini vehicles were named after famous bulls. The Huracan is set to be the official replacement of the Gallardo model, which was recently taken out of production.

This modern, powerful and comfortable supercar definitely looks aggressive, but in a rather elegant and refined way compared to its predecessors. The front end of the vehicle isn’t all that special, but the rear end impresses with original design cues, sharp angles and a new set of highlights that are guaranteed to turn heads.

Once inside, the driver is greeted by a high-end 12.3-inch full-color TFT instrument panel that ensures quick and easy access to the Huracan’s main functions, including the navigation maps and the rev counter. Moreover, the interior was enveloped in high quality Alcantara and Nappa leather for a touch of luxury and comfort.

As far as power is concerned, this looker boasts 610 horsepower thanks to its 5.2-liter V-10 engine that feeds power to all 4 wheels. This means that the Huracan is able to perform quite admirably to say the least, flaunting a 0-62 sprint in just 3.2 seconds as well as a maximum speed of 202mph.

You can admire Lamborghini’s latest masterpiece in the following images, or you can see it in person at the 2014 Geneva Motor Show, where it will be officially unveiled.
