Lake Tahoe Resort, Larry Ellison’s Acquisition

Larry Ellison, who is known as an avid trophy-home buyer, has set his eyes on Lake Tahoe, California. This impressive property features 420 feet of lake frontage, a private beach and two piers. The 18,000 square feet of living space comprise, among other structures, the main house with pool and spa, a cottage, a writer’s cabin and a beach house.

The propriety, which will be completed next fall, includes the West House, the main house, a three-bedroom house, the writer’s cottage, the caretaker’s cottage, a guard house, a tennis court and pavilion. Until now, $102 million have been spent to buy and assemble Lake Tahoe.

Larry Ellison also owns a hotel, a restaurant, two homes, five lots in Carbon Beach in Malibu, a 249-acre estate in Rancho Mirage, near Palm Springs, a residence with beautiful gardens in Kyoto, Japan, a four-level home in San Francisco, an Italian-style mansion in Newport, two proprieties in Woodside, California and several other residences and estates. We didn’t mention the prices, but we assure you that we are talking about millions here. Wondering how he succeeds in managing all these? That’s a good question.Lake Tahoe Resort, Larry Ellison’s Acquisition
