American businessman and entrepreneur Jeff Greene seems to be planning on buying Tyndal Point in North Haven. The 55-acre property features 3 carriage houses, 3 cottages, deep-water docks, pending permits for a new subdivision of 6 lots and quite an impressive price history.

The first asking price for the estate (when it was listed for the first time) was $80 million; after a while, it dropped to $75 million and then to $44.99 million, but Greene is reported to offer only $41 million for it. Not bad at all for an impressive property with 3,000 feet of waterfront!
