A week later, the house was already in escrow.
It is a single-story 1957 residence with 2,280 square feet of living spaces and floor-to-ceiling glass walls that make it look very much like Philip Johnson’s “Glass House”. The glazed walls open towards a back outdoor sitting area and pool.
The buyer of this bachelor home will also get to be neighbors with the 43-year-old actor, as he and the blonde model-turned-actress will be living in the same area, only in a much bigger house.
