Featuring a simple geometry and straight lines, this modern, minimalist house in Madrid, Spain was made by A-Cero. It is known as the 19 Housing residence and it boasts three levels (two levels and a basement) that add up to 1,600 square meters (17,222 square feet) of living space.
As usual, the first floor is where the social areas can be found: the living room, the dining room, and the lounge are all here. The second floor holds the bedrooms and other private areas, while the basement level is where the service areas and the garage can be found. The overall impression is that of a large, modern home with spacious and luminous rooms. The extensive use of glass in the walls allows natural light to flood the entire house.
Outside, an 80 m2 (861 square feet), very geometrical swimming pool makes for a perfect relaxation and recreational area. The house is surrounded by a beautifully landscaped court, which welcomes visitors in a very pleasant way.
